Rates
The SunLand Water District has announced the following service rates for 2024:
2024 Water and Sewer Rate Total is $1540.00 – due January 1, 2024.
Annual Water Service: $509.00
Annual Sewer Collection: $1031.00
May be paid in full, semi-annually, or quarterly.
The annual bill is sent out in December.
Quarterly statements are not provided prior to the period in which payments are due. The quarterly payment schedule is given below.
Payments are considered past due on the first day of the following month in which they are due and a $25.00 late charge will be added to the account. The late charge must be paid with the past due payment.
Please make your check payable to the Sunland Water District and mail to 5762 Woodcock Road, Sequim, WA 98382.
Quarterly Payment Schedule:
January 1st ¼ Water & Sewer $385.00
April 1st ¼ Water & Sewer $385.00
July 1st ¼ Water & Sewer $385.00
October 1st ¼ Water & Sewer $385.00
Water Service Outside of SunLand: $764.00 annual rate for 2024 and may be paid annually or quarterly at the rate of $191.00 payable on the dates noted for water and sewer payments.
Payments will be PAST DUE on the first day of the following month. Late charge will be $25.00.
